Roy C. Manukyan, Principal
Roy Manukyan has been passionate about fighting for justice his entire life. He started his career at a young age, successfully helping disabled individuals win their Social Security Disability benefits. He won his first case before a federal Administrative Law Judge when he was only 19 years old; Roy has been in a courtroom his entire working career.
Roy continued running his firm, RCM Disability, while simultaneously attending law school. He argued over 600 cases while also graduating at the top of his class (earning a GPA of over 4.0).
After law school, Roy put his business on hold while working for top international law firms, defending some of the largest companies in the United States. Now, Roy is using his years of education and experience for his true passion: fighting for the wronged.
Roy understands the importance of honesty and integrity. He works every day to fight for the rights of those he has the privilege of representing.

Kevin Lacey was admitted to practice in California in 1989 and has broad litigation experience at both the trial and appellate court levels. He also is admitted before the United States District Courts for the Northern, Central and Southern Districts of California, and the Eighth and Ninth Circuit Courts of Appeals, and has been admitted pro hac vice in several jurisdictions.
Mr. Lacey has defended hundreds of litigated cases involving various areas of professional liability, including legal, accounting, realtor, dental, medical, and construction as well as toxic tort and product liability claims. In addition to trial and appeal matters, Mr. Lacey also has obtained successful results by way of dispositive motions, including demurrers, summary judgments, and judgments on the pleadings.
Mr. Lacey has lectured on professional liability litigation, malpractice prevention and risk management to legal and accounting professional associations.
